HowToAI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account info from Google sign-in: name, email, profile photo, Google account ID.
• Subscription and trial status, including timestamps.
• Questions you submit through the in-app query box.
• Standard server logs and anonymous analytics.

How we use it

• To deliver the service: create your account, run your trial, deliver articles you ask for, and process subscription billing through Razorpay.
• To send essential service emails (trial status, article delivered, payment receipts, cancellation).
• To improve the site and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

• Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what's needed to perform their service.
• We never sell your data.

Your rights

Email contact@howtoai.cloud to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The HowToAI Junior tier is intended for children aged 8–15 with a parent or guardian's permission. Parents may contact us at any time to review or delete a child's account.
