How do I start my free trial?

What happens when my trial ends?

Your trial ends automatically. If you added a payment method, your subscription begins. If not, your access pauses and you can subscribe anytime from your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Dashboard, open Subscription settings, and click Cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. From your Dashboard you can upgrade from Junior to Youth or Professional, or from Youth to Professional. The price difference is shown clearly before you confirm.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click Forgot password on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a reset link valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?
